I love your blog. It is nice to see you looking well and happy not mention those beautiful smiles. I have been in the pool as well as I do aquarobics in a heated pool which is indoors once a week. Even after surgery to give me a new knee I was able to get straight in the water and do the exercises. This is because the water takes the weight of my body and the exercises don’t hurt at all – most of the time! I am getting around well now and doing most of my duties in the house. Shopping is a bit hard and Greatgrandad comes to help me. He is being very good as he has a sore leg himself. He has given up playing golf at the club next door but will still have a game when the Probus group (for old people) meet together at another golf course. It sounds as if you are both working hard with all the subjects you are studying.
The pool is great isn’t it? The girls and I love to swim in the mornings. We haven’t been able to do it this week since Em’s been sick. I’m glad to hear your’e doing well and getting around so well after your surgery. Hope your recovery continues to go well and that Grandad’s leg feels better soon. xxx
Dear family, I enjoyed looking at your schoolwork and I think your Mother is a good teacher. The doll’s dresses are beautiful. I still have some pieces of material which I will send over to you soon. I am feeling a little better each day. I still get some pains in both knees but take some pills to help me. I have finished a nice pink cardigan which is very warm, but now the weather is not so cold so it may not get as much wear. I am also making a dress in some lovely floral patterned material. I will put in a little sample with your parcel. Love to you all. Nan and Greatnan.
